Fox News' Major Garrett reports that Paul Kirk has been chosen to fill the Massachusetts Senate seat held previously by Ted Kennedy. The Washington Post's Chris Cillizza said on MSNBC Wednesday afternoon that an announcement could come later in the day. Miley Cyrus 'Stalker' Struggling With Grief

The lawyer for the Georgia man accused of stalking Miley Cyrus said he is struggling with grief and needs help.
Mark McLeod, 53, is in custody and awaiting a hearing date after appearing before a judge at the Tybee Island Municipal Court.
James Byrne, his court-appointed lawyer, said McLeod's mother and brother had both died in the last 18 months and that he had lost his job and was unable to find work as a plumber.
